Due to a hard disk failure we recently had to reinstall our Acronis Management Server on our Windows Server 2008 R2 Box.
After installing Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 (Build 11.0.17437) and reimporting the License keys, I can register remote machines on the Management Server, but attemps to do a backup break off with the following error message:

Any ideas what might cause this behaviour? I didn't change anything at all on the machine I want to backup.

Hello administration@mkw.eu,

Thank you for posting this question in our forum. I am happy to assist you.

First I suggest to check if the client machines are added via name, FQDN or IP address to the Acronis Management Server. The message means, that it is not possible to find the client machine, defined in the backup plan.

Also please check at a small number of client machines, if they have assigned a valid license via Help -> About.

If you need additional assistance, please create a system report of the affected machine and contact support. You will find all available support options in our Customer handbook.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know.

Thank you.
