Backup process fails with Panda Endpoint Antivirus

Thread needs solution

I have serious problems to do a backup of my system and others with this antivirus services active.
The backup suddenly closed and the message isn't clear. Trying solutions disabling the antivirus i have completed the process.

Panda says than Acronis have to send me a exclude process for Acronis product.

Can u help me with this problem?

Have you tried excluding the acronis folders from the antivirus program?

You antivirus program is what you would need to configure to exclude things from being scanned. If you haven't try configuring your antivirus to exclude your acronis folders.

Mine for example is C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\

Yours maybe different.
