Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Server -> Virtual Machines
Hello,
I installed Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Advanced Server (newest Build) on a Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V.
All components are installed and I can backup my host-system from the AMS Server. But I have a problem because I can't see any virtual Machine in the AMS server console. Acronis B&R 10 Advanced Server includes 4 license to backup for virtual machine and that is enough for me because I only have two virtual machines.
But why can I not see any virtual machine?

Am having the exact same problem!
Have one Version running fine on exactly the same machine and one version cannot see the Hyper V machines.
The only difference is one server (the one thats working) was an upgarde and the second server (the one thats not) was a clean install.
Help please as this is a fail over server.
thanks

So Its taken you 24 hrs to find out nothing, and now you tell me to contact you support team, What a total waste of time you are.
I suppose when I call them they will ask for the same information you asked for Yesterday.
I've spent Nearly £2500 on your software and I still get the run around. Would it be to much to ask for them to call me !

Problem Solved :
Windows 2008 Enterprise server was an upgrade from 2003 Enterprise which had a legacy version of Windows Virtual server 2005.
Acronis was trying to connect to the Virtual server and not the Hyper V.
Sorry bout the rant but the comment still stands
