[Backup & Recovery 10] Supporting NTFS features? (ADS, hard links)

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I am currently evaluating B&R10. I'd like to know if

* Alternate data streams will be backed up as well. I cannot find an option for that. Will they backup up with all of "volume backup", "volume backup 1:1", "file backup" options?

* The same question for "hard links": Starting from Vista, Windows keeps the system files locked inside the "winsxs" directory and only creates hard links in system32/syswow64. If those files would be restored as separate files instead of links, this would waste space and break this security feature...

Can someone advice me on those?

Regards,
Klaus

1) ADS - Yes, with file and volume backup, and restore as files from volume backup too. What is 'volume backup 1:1" ?
2) hardlinks - at least windows 7 images backed up as volumes are restored fine without increase in occupied space. I don't know what will happen in case of file backup and restore.

I meant to say "volume backup" with "sector-by-sector" enabled.
