Backups are always running at 0%

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I have the following problem:
We are making Backups every day (Monday - Friday). Since some weeks no backup job actually was finished. Every time the job starts and stays at "Running 0%". This status persists until I end all Acronis Services and start them.

I've read some topics about the same issue. I've done the following til now:
- restartet the Windows server 2003 many times
- restartet the Acronis Services several times
- updated the scheduler
- reset the tasks with schedmgr.exe
- recreated all tasks

But nothing solved the problem.

I dont know what informations you need to analyze this problem. When you need more just tell me.

Hello community,

I solved the problem by reinstalling the software.
Just start the setup and click "repair". Maybe you need to kill some processes (the setup will tell you which ones).
After the repair installation I recreated all backup tasks and one day later there where no problems anymore.
