Hi,

i have build a BartPE BootCD and i have integrated the Plugin Backup & Recovery 10 Build 11345 for advanced Workstation. I can boot the CD and start the trueimage-starter.exe. Within the Software i find my storage node and my depot on the storage node, all without a problem. But i get no archive on the depot, where i can choose a backup for restore. There is always a error like "disk is full".

If i use the BootCD with WINPE 2.1 generated with the Acronis Bootable Rescue Media Builder no problems. What is going wrong??

Hi,

the statement with BartPE is not correct. I have tested the plugin with BartPe and absolutely no problems. The problem is only if i use the plugin with a XPE BootCD like Reatogo or UBCD4WIN.

Hi,

i have the solution for my problem with the Acronis Backup & Recovery PE Plugin version 11345 integrated with a Reatogo BootCD. The problem was the size of the Ramdisk. The default size of the Reatogo ramdisk was 1 MB. After increasing the size to 32 MB in the mydefaults.inf file and a manual start of the "it' s mms" service i can use the plugin without problems with a Reatogo BootCD based on XPE instead of BartPE based on PE.
