blocking planifcation every 5 days

Thread needs solution

Hello ,

My client has an ABR 11 (11.0.17440) and every 5 days I have this message 'no backup has been created for five days. "
I must recomend the tasks, change the schedule for the dates of the next execution increments.

Are the tasks actually executing? If they are scheduled to run less often than every 5 days, you can change the alert settings in machine options.

this is not, in my view, a problem of managing alerts, because the backup does not execute, I am forced to change my job schedules so that the latter becomes operational

I still change the number of days in the management of alert

If you navigate to 'backup plans and tasks' page and select this plan, then 'run' button in the toolbar - are there tasks of this plan, like 'full backup' , etc ?

Not if I'm on the button I simply execute tasks simple validation
for example in copying screen we are July 23 and the next scheduled execution is arrested on July 22.

This looks like a conflict with an antivirus program. It was reported e.g. for Kaspersky - http://kb.acronis.com/content/11946 .
Try to add ACronis executables and data to antivirus exclusion as described in http://kb.acronis.com/content/36429
