bootmgr is missing after restore - Windows Server 2008 R2 - Acronis B&R 11

Thread needs solution

Hi. Sorry for my basic English.

I have a problem with the recovery system using Acronis B & R 11. The system is Windows Server 2008 R2.
1 - Making copies of two partitions "Reserved by the system" and "Partition C:" with windows files.
2 - Create a bootable disk (UEFI), and I add drivers for RAID
3 - Start the server from the bootable CD. I can see the entire array, create two physical partitions. First one for partition "Reserved by the system," and the second one for "Partition C:" with windows files.
4 - Executing recovery from an image TIB. I set MBR to disk 1 (it is array). I create 2 partition. Adding drivers for RAID and run this process.
5 - After I have one warning "... invalid bios password disk number" ignore it.
Result.
If I set active partition on the "C drive" with windows files then I have a message "bootmgr is missing"
If I set active partition on the disk "partition reserved" then I see windows recovery mode only. They do not help command, type fixboot and fixmbr. Drive letters are mixed. Reserved Partition has the letter C, and the system partition with windows files is the letter H.

What am I doing wrong ?

I should backup only partition with Disc C -> C\Windows
