Hello Jeff,
Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help.
I rebooted all the Acronis servers that hold a product, AMS, ALS, Storage Node and ESX agent and it disappeared. I was testing a backup and cancelled it and the error reappeared.
The exact reason of the issue is unknown, we need the log file on .XML format. We have just officially updated our Acronis Backup & Recovery line of products to the new build under the number of 11345. For more information on the improvements we've introduced in this build you can refer to this page. Please log in to your account on our web site to download the installation file. You can learn more on how to download the latest build in this article.
Please update the program to the latest build and see if the issue remains. Most probably, the issue will be resolved. If the issue still persists, could you please provide us with the log file in .XML format?
I also notice in the Virtual Client that a "Consolidated Helper" shows up in the Snapshot Manager. This is bad. Had I not seen it, shut down the server (which is required) to delete it, you could end up with all kinds of problems.
Somebody from Acronis please advise.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.
Please let me know if the provided information is not clear or if you have any other question.
Thank you.
