B&R hanging at the end of an incremental backup

Thread needs solution

I installed seven days ago B&R + Universal Restore 10.0.11639 on Windows Server 2003 R2 standard SP2.
After six daily incremental backups successfully completed in few minutes, the seventh is still hanging after 14 hours, even though the advancement is at 100%.
Pressing the terminate button on the console gives no result.
I also tried to identify the process in the windows task manager to stop it manually, but wasn't able to find it.
In the attachments there are images of the console, the registry and the error.

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue and for attaching the screenshots! I understand your concern and will be happy to help you!

The issue looks like a compatibility problem with antivirus software. We usually receive such errors with Kaspersky 2010 (their engineers confirmed compatibility issues), but other antiviruses may result in the issue as well. You can find a workaround for the problem here.

Should the issue persist, please gather Acronis Info from the problem machine and contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

Actually my computer runs Kaspersky Anti-virus for windows servers 6.0.
I added mms.exe to the Kaspersky trusted zone, aborted mms.exe with task manager, deleted and recreated the backup plan.
