BR10 autostarting items

I'm currently cleaning up the items running automatically on Windows startup and have found that Acronis BR10 runs four programs on startup:

BackAndRecoveryMonitor.exe
schedhlp.exe
TimounterMonitor.exe
TrayMonitor.exe

as well as the following services:

Acronis Remote Agent Service
Acronis Scheduler2 Service

Could someone please explain what each item does, so I'll know whether it's safe to disable any of them?
