BR10 Boot media don't work in Windows 7 Virtual PC

Thread needs solution

I've built both Linux and Windows PE boot images with Universal Restore. In the Linux case, creating a new VPC and booting the ISO works, but trying to recover a .tib doesn't, because when I try to select a backup location (in this case, a USB-connected HD) the restore wizard does nothing. The mouse doesn't work, but enabling the keyboard and selecting "Change" for the restore location does nothing. Nor can the agent see the USB HD.

Pretty much the same for the Windows PE version. Mouse seems to work, but again I can't see the USB drive.

Any solution? I'm using BackupRecoveryAdvanced version 11639.

Thanks,
dpm

In order to investigate this issue we will need to make sure that you are using the latest version. I am sorry for any inconvenience.

Please let me know if you need additional help.
