BSOD after Backup

I am having this issue BSOD after every succesful back up. in FAQ I found a lot of hits to delete from registry than download the latest SnaAPI 468 from my account, I can't see anything under my account, I got this first to delete the keys in Registry but sure how to go out about the download, can I have direct link for download.
