BSOD after installing Acronis Backup and recovery Advanced Server on IBM NAS

After installing Acronis Backup and recovery Advanced Server 10.0.11133 on IBM NAS Gateway 300

operating system work wery slow, in event log I see many warnings - about ALL logical drives

Description:

An Io Request to the device \Device\Harddisk1\DR3 did not complete or canceled within the specific timeout. This can occur if the device driver does not set a cancel routine for a given IO request packet.

After reboot I see BSOD - Inaccessible Boot Device in normal mode and safe mode too

Thank you for your post. I will do my best to assist you.

This issue is caused by our SnapApi drivers not installing properly. To fix this issue, please boot your machine in last good known configuration. After that, re-install the program, do not reboot and apply a SnapApi update. I have generated a link for it and I will send it to you via a PM. This will fix this issue.
