Bug in License Server installer

Thread needs solution

I am installing "Backup&Recovery Advanced Server Virtual Edition".

As you know you can choose a different install folder, here in my example I am choosing

e:\Acronis:

But as you can see it completely ignores the settings and still installs into

C:\Program Files\Acronis\LicenseServer

Unfortunately due to the lack of investigation information we can only guess about the reason of the problem, and would appreciate if you could kindly provide us with the following information: 

  1. Have you tried to install the License Server, extracting it as an *msi file and running it? This would help us to localize the issue greatly.
  2. Could you please kindly send us the Acronis Info gathered from the machine in question?

We have forwarded your case to the Testing team and they reproduced the issue in our environment, so currently the developers are fixing that issue, and we will have the fix available in the shortest time frames, so I will keep you posted.
