Can I add a step in my GFS backup to export archives or backups offsite?
I have a GFS backup running great. It backs up to a local external HD. I would like to add a step to the GFS backup plan to export the backup/archive offsite over ftp so I have my data both locally and offsite in the event of disaster.
I have created an export task which works, but it seems like I have to manually run it all the time. I would like for the GFS plan to call the task when it is done creating the backup.
I have been able to create a trueimagecmd /export batch file that works and I can schedule that through windows, but was wondering if there is a better way to do this using the Export Task that would be smart enough to only ftp the daily backup.

Hello all,
Scott Christensen,
I would like to apologize for the delay but I will definitely help you with this.
Emanuele De Amicis,
Thank you very much for your suggestion, I really appreciate it.
Scott Christensen,
I am afraid the Dual Destination option does not support FTP at the moment, however future updates of Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 will have this feature. If you are still interested in the Dual Destination feature, it can store a second copy of the backup to another local hard drive or a network share. By default, this option is disabled but you can enable it from the default backup options by selecting the appropriate check box. After that, you can browse to the secondary destination or enter the full path to the destination manually.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.
