Can not access central vault from ESX-Appliance - Backup & Recovery 10

I have problems accessing a central vault while trying to backup VMs via the Acronis ESX-Appliance. The connection to the central vault fails.

If i backup directly via Acronis Agent installed within the VM I can succesfully access the central vault.

What could be the issue that it is not possible to access the vault from the ESX-Appliance.

Any hint is highly appreciated.
