Can not boot into Windows from an image using Universal Restore

Thread needs solution

I downloaded the trial version of Acronis Backup and Recovery Server and made a standard image of the PC and saved it on the network.

Then I contacted Acronis and they sent me a Bootable ISO that has Universal Restore feature enabled so we could test it before purchasing it. After selecting the image and selecting all the necessary options along with browsing to the chipset driver files and enabling Universal Restore it copies the image but reports warnings. The two I that appeared said something like

No_DRV_X.Services

Here is the log file. I have tried selecting "disk" and "Volume" when I am restoring but I still can't boot into windows. Could it just be it is not finding the chipset HAL driver in the driver I downloaded? Please help!
