Can not get product updates

Thread needs solution

Hi I have a registreted license for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server Standard + Universal Restore but i am unable to get a update.
When i log on the the website I only see tabs for Support, Linux components and Documantation but no "Last Build"
See attachted screenshot.
Please help
