Cannot access backup

Thread needs solution

I initiated a differential backup. When I attempted to access through "My Computer" (Attachment "No. 1" I got the following message, (Attachment No. 2) I then attempted to access the backup through the Acronis Program (Attachment No. 3) and was informed that there wasn't any backup to display. I then browsed for location, found "MyBackup1.tib" and when I clicked on it, I got (attachment No. 4). I do not understand the statement since I deleted all prior information before initiating a NEW differential backup. I deleted any backup from my "L" Drive and any reference in the Acronis Program. What is the problem? I am getting a bit frustrated with your Program and am seriously considering finding another program.

Your question appears to be in the wrong section, It appears that you are using True Image.

Secondly, not that I know anything about TI, but since you said you did a full delete all everything from your old vault location, then you ran an a differential backup, perhaps the system did not back everything up, only what it thought was different from the previous backup, and since it's gone, it won't work. Just a total stab in the dark.

Hello Edward,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/ | Acronis True Image]]

It looks like the archive is corrupted. Please see this thread on how to troubleshoot the issue. I would ask you to avoid creating multiple duplicated threads concerning the same issue. This decreases the delay in the responses and causes the inconvenience for other customers.

Thank you.
