Cannot add machine to AMS - SSL connection failed

Thread needs solution

My customer have ABR11 AS build 17440 and he have problem with adding machine to AMS. He get a lot errors Failed to add machine to AMS and SSL connection failed. Below log:

Thank you for using Acronis software.

There is no general solution available for your problem. Please ensure, that the Acronis Agent is installed on the machine, you want to add to the Acronis Management Server.

  • Ensure that the Acronis Management Server is using a user with sufficient rights
  • Check if you can reach the remote machine by using Telnet and port 9876. See this article for more information about.
  •  Try to add the machine by connecting to the remote machine via Acronis Management Console to the remote Acronis Agent and there:
    - go to Options -> machine options -> machine management -> Select Centralized management -> Specify the Management Server IP/Name -> Specify the user name and password of the management server administrator on prompt -> In the Machine's registration address, select how the machine will be registered on the management server: by its name (recommended) or by its IP address -> Click OK and the machine will be registered on the management server.
