Cannot create Acronis Bootable Media

Hi,

I'm currently onsite right now and I'm having a problem.

The client's product is ABR10 build 13762. I've installed the Acronis Bootable Media on every Server that has an agent. Also I installed the Universal Restore in each server. But I cannot create an Acronis Bootable Media.

When I click the 'Create Bootable Media' it prompts an error containing:

'Component not found: Acronis Media Builder is not installed. Please start Acronis backup and Recovery 10 custom setup then select Acronis Bootable Media Builder from the product feature list.'

I tried to reinstall it but its no good. We still can't create a bootable media.

Anyone encountered the same problem?

I know that I can download the bootable media on the website through my account, by I need a fix to this issue as this is part of the components of acronis.
