Cannot find backup file

I am using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 and recently restored our Exchange VHD when our Exchange server crashed with a boot failure. I restored the files to my Windows 7 desktop as our array was rebuilding after replacing a disk on the server, and I set the Destination on my Windows 7 PC for the files to be (what Acronis listed) as (OS) D:\Documents and Settings. After the restore completed, I went to the (OS) C:\ drive and cannot find Documents and Settings anywhere. I have all files shown, including hidden. Any searches by type:vhd and size:gigantic don't find the files, but I know they're on my C:\ as it's nearly full now after the restore is complete. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What was the source operating system and what you backed up - disks or files? Can you see these files when you browse the archive content? Where these files were on the source machine? If it's Vista/windows 7 and above, there is no 'documents&settings' folder (it's a link) but c:\users\ instead.
