cannot find the objects meta information

I am new to Acronis

I am using backup & recovery10 on an MS 2003 server. Its been working fine but last week the scheduled full backups stopped and i am unable to create a new backup .

I've deleted all the backup tasks and have attempted to create a new one. The dashboard says that the backup plans are there but when i go to the Backup plans and tasks i get a message that says

"There are no items to show in this view"

If I look at the log I see message like.

Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction.

it helped me to delete (move to another location) the contents of the C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\TasksStorage folder. You will loose the information about executed jobs.

I was having the same issue. Could not get the Management Server to successfully deploy the backup policy. Tried removing and adding the device to the console but kept getting an error on the policy deployment.

What Johann suggested worked. First, make sure the device in question is removed from any groups that would try to deploy the backup policy to it. Second, on the device, delete the contents of the folder (The actual path was C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\TasksStorage). After deleting the contents of that folder, try to deploy the backup policy again. With any luck, it should work.
