Cannot install AB&R 10 Adv. WS due to SQL

I am having trouble loading AB&R Advanced Workstation on an XP machine, it has SP3, I tried installing SQL Express and SP3 seperately first, that worked, but failed to allow the Acronis Installer to continue, it still attempted to download SQL SP3 and then fails everytime.
