Cannot obtain location information because cannot get access to the location while the credentials are correct.

Thread needs solution

I really have a problem with Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.
The first 2 days were no problems. Then the problem began:
- When on schedule, the backup fails always because of this message: Failed to open the backup location.
- I think I see the problem: Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 management cannot save the credentials? Because, after making correcting the credentials I close the management and reopen again and the Management can't access the backup location.

Does anyone knows how I can fix that?

When specifying your backup location in the backup plan please either one of these ways:

smb://backupsrv/backpus/ or \\Shared1_svr\Shared1\
