Cannot perform remote machine connection to a user laptop
We are trying to create a backup policy for a user laptop and trying to connect through Acronis workstation using remote machine connection, the following error appears.

Windows XP+SP3 Professional OS. When we attempt to connect through Acronis enterprise workstation, the above error appear. This happened only for one laptop, where as the others connected and deployed backup plan.
