cannot recover with acronis to a hp dl360 raid 1

hello we have a hp dl360 with a raid 1 2*500gb disk. We make a backup with the acronis backup software on a sbs 2008 r2 64 bits. know we want to recover the backup. We boot with a usb stick with de bootimage from te acronis software. Acronis is starting up. then we click on archive. we select the archive. the data type is volume. then we go to the where to recover. by recover disk 1 mbr to: when we click on change we see the 2 disk but not the raid disk. so i select disk 2 type dynamic. nt signature select automatically. recover ntfs (c) to: we click on change and there we see de dynamic group on disk2 and 3 . when you click on this disk there is a ntfs (d:) 465.8 gb when you then click oke there comes a message. You are about to recover the system volume to a dynamic disk. The system may become unbootable in this case. are you sure u want to continue? then we click yes. we start the recovery everything looks good but he cannot boot. the sever doesn,t see the boot disk. We also did it with a single disk HELP!!!!!!!!
