cannot see "Disks/Volumes" when creating backup plans and tasks

When trying to create a backup plan on a Remote or local machine
Acronis Backup and Recovery 10. The what to backup dialog shows 0 disks, 0 volumes? Thus I can not select a disk to immage. I can back up individual files and folders.

It is possible there is a malfunction of Acronis low-level drivers, we will need to take a look at some diagnostic information from your computer in order to determine the cause of the problem.
