Cannot view backup progress

Thread needs solution

I have been using Trueimage v11 for a while.
After setting a backup going, I used to see a progress screen - giving me various information and options including cancelling the current operation etc.

I don't know what I have done (nothing, I thought !), but now I can still make backups as usual but the progress screen no longer appears. I can see progress by viewing the Log, but that's all.

How do I get my backup progress screen back, please ?

I have the same problem. If I reinstall, do I lose either the backup settings or any of the backup files?

You will not lose your backup files but I am not sure about your backup settings. Try re-installing over the top without an uninstall. You may have a repair option within the install file.
