Can't add machine to ABR 10 AMS

Hello.

I have a big problem with the ABR 10 AMS.
Since a few day i try to add a (Linux) machine to AMS. Every time I try to add, the machine appears without a name. When I select the machine, then I can see the system informations in the 'Information tab' and nothing more happend. If I refresh the view of machines, the machine don't appear any longer in AMS. If I try to add the machine again, AMS said, that the machine is already registered.

Have any one an idea how I can resolve this problem?
