Can't add machine to central management

Thread needs solution

Using Acronis 10 Advances Workstation I want to add a windows seven machine to a central management server. Unfortunately I get an error message that the connection was refused by server.

I already switched off any firewall so this cannot be the reason. The result is the same if I try to add the ws from the central management console instead of the local WS one.

Error code is 11.337.731

and finally 196.609

Note: I have successfully added another machine running vista SP2 on the management server

I reinstalled everything on the client and now it works - I assume something with the permissions or registry was set wrongly.  The frustrating part here is that it a bit try and error since no clear error message available. Since the previousservice  user had the same rights (temporarily full admin rights) I don't know if my assumption is correct. But anyway of no other user has this problem-> closed
