Can't connect to Storage node to set backup

Thread needs solution

Hey everyone,

Currently I'm using ABR10 - Advance workstation and facing problem when trying to set a backup schedule. I can connect and set my storage node with no problem but when I try to assign that particular node for storage, it will prompt a message like on the picture.

Please help,

Thank you for finding time to join us, we're glad to greet you. I understand how upsetting the situation it, and will do my best to help.

There can be several reasons for the issue, but the most probable: faulty installation of the Storage Node service. Reinstall Acronis Node Service

Go to Services --> right click on Acronis Storage Node service --> Properties --> (2nd Tab) Log On --> Select "This Account" --> Specify the credentials of same account, using which you installed the Acronis --> Restart the Service.

Should the issue remain, please gather Acronis Info from the problem machine, and submit a support request, and let us know it's number.
