Can't edit backup tasks!!!

Thread needs solution

Can someone please help me edit my backup tasks?  They are grayed out and restarting the server has not helped.  I had an Acronis tech resolve this for me once but it came right back...he stopped and restarted services...I couldn't replicate what he did.  Using ABR v11 Virtual Edition fully patched on sbs 2011 server.  Please help and I don't want to recreate the jobs.   Eric

Probably you are running Acronis from a different user account that has no rights to make changes on the product and its tasks.

Or you are trying to edit a plan from the management console of the local agent, when the plan was generated from Acronis Management Server.
