Cant export machines from ams to ams

(please forgive me my english - i'm german ;D
i've got problems with expoting my machines from one ams to another.
i used the the export_machines_from_ams.bat like the acronis support said in the KB.
and most of the machines where successfully exported.
now my problem:
on the old ams the full list of machines still exists-but they're greyed out.
and on the new ams the successfully imported machines are full useable.
when i now want to import the rest of the machines from the list the new ams always says - that the machines are just registrated - but they're not listed !
even when i delete the machines from the old ams and cut the export-list to the missed machines and try to import on the new ams, there's the same error !

The error you've specified indicates that adding the Acronis Agent to the Acronis Management Server was interrupted and did not complete successfully. Because of this, the Acronis Agent was not added to the Acronis SQL instance correctly.

The attempt to re-add the Acronis Agent failed because of the previous leftovers in the Microsoft SQL database.

Here's another Problem !

I upgraded a Machine which was fromerly listed and registered correctly, with correct credentials.
After upgrading the credentials were changed, the machine is further listed but not automatical remoteable cause of this changed credentilas.
I deleted the machine from the ams and re-addet it with the correct credentials but nothing's changed - there're almost the wrong credentials saved.
How can I edit and solve this problem ?!?

the solution you offered from the KB didn't work and since them the Acronis Management Server Service always crashes and hang up when I start or stop it !!!
What now shall i reinstall the management server completely and what will hapen to my editions and the registered machines ?
