I have the same problem, it a shame that recovery on a hard drive doesn't work and you have to go through all this to make it work as advertised. Been using this product for many years and this is frustrating not to have the forum or knowledge base not give you a download directly

Hello all!
Thank you for opening the thread regarding this issue, and many thank to GroverH for his valuable comment.
Seongjoon and Cal, thank you for reporting about the issue.
This issue occurres due to the lack of the drivers on the Acronis Bootable Rescue Media. I regret to inform you that Acronis True Image 11 Home is an outdated version and not updated anymore, and not available for the download from the website account as well, so in such cases you need to contact support directly and request the latest *iso updated by the Experts team.
I have sent you the PM with the link to the latest *iso with the instructions how to burn it so I would appreciate if you could kindly test it and notify me in case of any further issues.
Should you have any further questions - just let us know, we will be glad to help you.
Thank you!
