Can't Install ABR 10

Thread needs solution

I had ABR 10 installed and was not working properly. I uninstalled using the add and remove programs and when I try to re-install it tells me that a previous version is installed. How do I procceed?

Without additional information I can’t be certain of the issue. However from what you have told me this may be the possible solution.

Install the latest build, most probably the issue will be resolved. If the installation still fails, please provide us with the .msi log of the failed operation. This file is available at the bottom of the program window after the installation failure. Attach the log file to your next post. This information will help to find the exact reason of the encountered issue.
