Cant install acornis for workstation advanced

Thread needs solution

Cant install acronis for workstation advanced 10 latest version on any of my remote machines...i attached a log so any suggestion would be great...thanks

According to the MSI log, the software cannot find free license for the Agent installation. Could you please check whether there are any available license in the License Server? 

Should there be one, please gather the following information: 

  1. Screenshot of the License Server
  2. Windows System Information
  3. Try installing locally and regather MSI log

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

It is solved...after failed setup the license was dedicated to that pc even if acronis wasnt installed but i managed that.
New problem is that i cant make any kind of backup and i get this error:

Thank you for getting back to us.

This error message is caused by Acronis low-level drivers malfunction which cannot access the disk, or, there may be errors on the hard drive.

I would suggest to download and update the low-level drivers first, see if this fixes the issue. If not, please run a chkdsk /r on the hard drive and check if the problem is fixed. You can use this article for more detailed instructions as well as a download link for the drivers update.
