Can't 'Manage Local Machine' when RDP to server

Thread needs solution

Hi Guys,

Sorry if this is a dup. thread.  I've just installed BR10 on our SBS server.  The console management and agent are installed there. 

My problem is that when I try and run the console management through RDP - remote desktop, the 'manage local machine' is greyed out and I have to connect using 'manage remote machine'.  I can manage the local machine when I run the console locally on the server, however.

Wondering if I've done something wrong to cause this?

Sorry - should mention that I connect using RDP with the same credentials as specified in the install and on the server.

We have released a new build of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.0 (build #11133).  Please download and install the latest build. You can learn more on how to download the latest build here.

See if the issue remains. If the issue still persists, please try to manage local machine locally (not using RDP) and let us know the results. This will help to localize the issue.
