Can't open backup restored to VM Workstation

Hi

I would like to restore a backup to a Virtual Machine.

First I have backuped a workstation with AB&R 10 workstation (Latest build).

Then I restored the backup to a new virtual machine (VMware Workstation).

When I then try to open the created .vmx file in WMWare Workstaion (Latest version 6.5.3) the image is recognized fine but when I power on the virtual machine I get the message : "Error loading operation system"

During the restore the Acronis software tells me that the virtual machine will be a VMware workstation version 4.0 - Is this the problem? Version 4.0 is very old - will it not work a the latest VMware workstation?

Solved - It works fine on VMware 6.5.3 - It turns out that I dident backup the small Dell 'restore partition' and that caused the boot problem.
