Can't open my drive/partition over LAN

Hello, i new in acronis backup and recovery and this forum. I have a problem with this acronis product. Since i install and activate startup recovery, i can't open/locate my partition over the network (LAN). Any help would be appreciate!

To be able to resolve this issue I would really appreciate if you can provide me with additional information because it is not clear at the moment why it occurs. Please let me know:

1. Your OS and version and build number of Acronis Backup and Recovery 10.

2. How exactly you cannot open/locate your partition? Do you get any errors? Is this in Windows or the bootable media? Please send me a screenshot of the wizard if it is in Windows.

3. Please provide a step-by-step description of your steps that lead to the issue.
