Additional Information:

I'm using the test version of B&R10 AS VE (newest Build 11113), VMWare ESX4.0.

Hi,I have the same problem...I've done some tests and I discover that the problem is referred to the virtual machines on iSCSI SAN.If you move your machines on local vsphere hdd you can probably do your backup without any error (for me it was ok).
Do you have a san?

Hello Acronis Support,
I have the latest Build (11345) and the VMware Tools are also been installed on the vm which I try to backup, but I still receive error 5.439.591. Is it a requirement to stop VM before Backup?
Are there another solutions to solve the problem, cause I dont want to move to another SAN or HD..

Greetings
