Thread needs solution

Any idea what causes the failure?

The message shows, that the SQLite database is corrupted for any reason. You can try to switch the cataloging to simple mode and then back to complete. Or you delete the content (not the folder itself) of 'C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\Catalog\'. You then need to re-run the catalog for this vault.
