Cataloging data has failed | SQLite library error: code 14

Thread needs solution

Any ideas why cataloging is failing?  Please advise.

Hello John,

welcome to Acronis forums! I'd start with updating the software to latest build. The installation file can be downloaded from your personal account at acronis.com

If the issue persists after update, follow instructions from the article Command 'Cataloging Data' Has Failed.

1. Stop Acronis services
2. Rename Catalog folders (the location of all catalog folders is listed here)
3. Start Acronis services 
4. Run cataloging task - catalog should be recreated
