Certificate errors

Thread needs solution

Hi, I moved the acronis management server to a new 2008 R2 server and started re-addig the machines and backup plans. I got as far as 146 and then started getting certificate errors. I took a copy of the database and reinstalled the database and the management server and now can't add any computers. When installing the agent from the management server the certificate is not created in Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\Certificates\Trusted folder. I'm using the domain admin account to connect to clients, I've tried reinstalling the certs. I've checked all the permissions from the manual. Anything else can do?

Thank you for posting this question in our forum. I am happy to assist you. 

Have you moved the Acronis Management Server by uninstalling and installing it on the new machine? As there is no default way, the best way is to remove all centralized vaults (without removing the data), removing the Acronis Storage Node(s) and then shutting down the old Acronis Management Server instance. On the new server then you install the Acronis Management Server and add the Acronis Storage Node and centralized vaults back again. Then you need to import or add all machines back again.
