Change SID fails.

Thread needs solution

What is happening to Acronis? I have an open case because ABR 11 is failing to restore images to an external drive when the option to change the SID is enabled. Support told me that changing the SID is not supported. Are you kidding me? Really? Way to train your support people to tell customers that even though the option is there, it's not supported. Been doing this all along with ABR 10 with no trouble
