check for License x number of days
Hi, I would like to ask if there is any way to extend the Agents License check to 5 days on a machine running Vista Home Basic (no group policy) via registry, as sometimes my Management server is sometimes on sleep mode, and I am getting cannot check for Licenses on 1 machine Alert!, untill I restart the Acronis managed machine service on the Agent, I have adjusted this on another machine running Vista Ultimate via group policy.
Thanks very much
Stephen

Hello Stephen,
Thank you for your response.
It is rather strange that the issue still remains. I suggest you to apply Acronis Administrative Template to change License Check Interval.
1. Run Windows Group Policy Objects Editor (Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc.)
2. Computer configuration -> Make right click on Administrative templates -> Select Add/Remove templates -> Add.
3. Browse to the Acronis Administrative Template (\Program files\Common Files\Acronis\Agent \Acronis_agent.adm or \Program files\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\Acronis_agent.adm), and click Open.
4. Unfold Administrative templates -> Acronis -> Acronis Backup & Recovery Agent for Windows. At the right side make double-click on the Licensing item. Settings -> Enabled -> Change the License Check Interval value > Apply -> OK.
If the initial issue still remains, could you please disable temporally the sleep mode on the computer and see if the issue remains? This will help to localize the issue.
Please let us know the results.
Thank you.
