Converting TIB to VMware disk in Backup and Recovery

Hi,

In True Image server we used to be able to backup an image and then convert it to a VMware disk so should one of our machines die we could boot it up as a virtual machine on our VMware server.

The problem we have now is that a couple of our servers are running Server 2008 R2 which True Image doesn't support. I cannot see an option within there to convert an image to a virtual disk, only to convert it into a virtual machine and it asks for the vmware host. This isn't ideal for us as the machines we are backing up aren't on the same network as the vmware server and we already have the configurations of the machines setup on our vmware server so all we used to have to do was add the converted image and then power it on.

My question is how can we as quickly as possible take an image of a server and if needs be take that image, put it on the vmware server and have the virtual machine boot with that hard disk?
