Is copying TIB file be sufficient?

I usually do backup of my server and save the images in the local drive.

If I were to save another copy of the images to a portable HDD, is TIB file alone be sufficient?
I already have a boot media created.
Are there any other files required in case recovery is required?

For recovery .tib file will be enough, but it's better to also copy archivename.xml meta file ( or .meta hidden subfolder if it's ABR10, that contains all meta files for archives in the parent folder)
