Dashboard shows 4 backup plans but in the plans list are only shown 2 plans

Thread needs solution

Using Version: 10.0.11647

The Dashboard shows 4 plans but in the backup plans and tasks are only shown 2.

The other 2 (not shown) do still run.

Where can i find the other 2 plans and delete them?

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue. 

It looks like a Scheduler glitch. I'd suggest you to delete the tasks, update the Scheduler and recreate the plans. This should resolve the problem. 

  1. Download Acronis Scheduler Manager. Open command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd); run schedmgr.exe and issue the following command:
    task zap
    This will erase all traces of the tasks.
  2. Update Scheduler as mentioned in this article
  3. Reboot the machine
  4. Recreate the tasks

Should it persist, please gather Acronis Info from machine in quesiton. After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

Sorry but updating and zap(ing) the tasks does not work.

I will add the AcronisInfo file for more help. Please i need a solution without uninstalling and reinstalling the whole software again.

schedmgr.exe does not show any tasks (get list) and task zap does not delete my 2 tasks shown in dashboard. Altough there are no tasks in the list. Where ist the information for tasks stored? registry?

Thank you very much for getting back to us.

I am very sorry for the delay.

We just released a KB article that deals with this issue and also shows how you can delete specific backup tasks using the Acronis Scheduler Manager. Sometimes there can be a lot of tasks and it will be very inconvenient to task zap them all.

The scripts are located in this folder: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImage\Scripts

Just in case, if you are managing remote machines, then the scripts will be located on the corresponding remote machine.
